AlBeeNa’s hawthorn fresh frozen pollen is a natural apiculture product, from the apiaries in unpolluted hills of Transylvania and is frozen fresh, immediately after harvest, keeping all benefits.

Pure pollen from AlBeeNa is a raw food, rich in nutrients.

What ingredients does it contain?
100% pure hawthorn pollen, packed in a 170g container.

Immediately after harvesting, we keep the moisture content of the pollen at a low level so that the product preserves its freshness and we freeze it to retain its nutrients.

How is it administered?
To be taken internally and daily. The recommended maintenance dose is 10g (one teaspoon) / day, in the morning, before meals. For the purpose of specific apitherapy, the raw pollen dose for adults may increase to 20-50g, three times a day, 1-2 hours before meals.

Not recommended for people with severe allergies or hypersensitivity to bee products.
Store the pollen in the freezer, between -5 and -15 degrees Celsius. After removing it from the freezer, keep the product in its original packaging in the refrigerator for up to 10 days (or it will lose its properties).

You can consume raw hawthorn pollen as it is, with fruit or blended in natural yogurt.

We place AlBeeNa apiaries only in unpolluted areas with plenty of spontaneous flora.
We care for the bees to be healthy and well groomed.
In our apiary, the bees process the freshly picked up nectar.
Dedicated beekeepers collect bee products from hives, without processing them thermally.
AlBeeNa products arrive with you in the best conditions, fresh and 100% natural.
