i am very grateful for my little pots of royal jelly, especially having read the lengths one has to go, to collect this precious stuff! i noticed the day after I took my first (very small dose) i felt like my old self for the first time in very many years, it lasted a few hours this feeling, i felt happy instead of grumpy, positive and inspired rather than negative...i was very amazed by this!! i havent had that feeling again yet but then i have not been looking after my health very well recently in terms of eating and sleeping, but i hope once im more back on track i will feel the good effects kick in again!!! thank you Albeena :)
